Process

Due to the custom creation of each item, all orders are made as a preorder. Meaning following checkout, your order will be passed on to the foundry who will cast your piece individually.
This can take up to two weeks. After that your item will be hand polished, and sized according to your specifications. This can take up to one additional week.
Every item is hand made and shipped from London, UK.

International Shipping

All pieces are shipped from London, United Kingdom and delivery time will differ depending on destination (usually 4-6 working days).

Returns

Products cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you need something repaired, or there is an issue with a jewel, please get in touch directly so that we may find a way to resolve the problem. Any additional charges will be made on a case by case basis. Thank you.
